ABOUT THE 2023 TOY DRIVE
Last year, Mrs. Tee's inaugural holiday Toy Drive was a resounding success, and we're excited to announce its return! As many families in our community continue to face financial challenges, including recent layoffs and recession concerns, the joy of Christmas may seem distant. Tee Care 4U Academy is dedicated to alleviating some of this holiday stress for these families. We invite you to join us in this heartfelt endeavor by donating a toy worth $10. This modest amount can make a significant difference. You can easily find suitable toys at stores like Target, Walmart, 5Below, and Family Dollar. Your small act of kindness can bring immense joy to a child this festive season.
Toy Donation & Drop-off Hours
You can drop off your toy donation(s) by our center at 6029 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA. We are accepting new, unwrapped gifts for boys and girls - Newborn through Age 12, Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. We cannot accept used toys. You can also purchase toys online and ship them directly to our center using the following information: Tee Care 4U Academy, Attn: Lowanda Walker-Thomas, 6029 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA 23223
How Can You Help?
We know there is a great need, and it is our goal to serve as many families as we can, but we can only do with your help.
So, here are a few ways you can help us: First, share our toy drive with everyone you know, and on social media. Second, challenge your family and friends to match your toy donation(s). Third, get your job involved and ask them if you can set up a box to collect toys.
If you are not in the position to participate, it's ok, sharing this drive will help us.

Our Toy Drive ends December 15th, and we will distribute toys on December 18th - 22nd.

If you or someone you know have a need this holiday season, click here to complete our family toy drive form. Our donations are based on first come, first serve. Please do not make a request if you do not have a REAL need. We will notify you on or before December 16, 2023, regarding donations and your pick-up date/time.
